    Rackspace: We're Off The Market
    San Antonio-based cloud infrastructure provider Rackspace said Tuesday afernoon that it is no longer looking for a buyer, and has decided to terminate M&A discussions. The move comes as the company also has named Taylor Rhodes as the company's CEO. Rackspace disclosed on May 15th that it had been approached by multiple parties on a possible M&A deal, and had accelerated both an investment banker and legal advisor to consider those offers.     OneSource Virtual Expands In Arizona
    Dallas-based business process outsourcing provider OneSource Virtual said this morning that it is in a big expansion in Arizona, and plans to open up a second processing facility in Phoenix, Arizona, by the end of next year. According to OneSource Virtual, the new center will create approximately 120 jobs in Phoenix. The company said it has already selected space in the area totaling around 21,182 square feet.     CLEAResult Buys PECI
    Austin-based CLEAResult, which helps utilities, governments, schools, and businesses implement energy efficiency programs, said today that it has acquired the assets of PECI, a fellow energy efficiency company. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. PECI was based in Portland, Oregon and was founded in 1979. CLEAResult is backed by private equity investor General Atlantic, and is led by Glenn Garland.

    Molecular Templates Raises $12M
    Georgetown, Texas-based Molecular Templates said Monday that it has now raised $12M in a Series C financing. The company, which is developing biopharmaceuticals, said that the funding comes via an expansion of the Series C worth $3.5M, from AJU IB Investment. That new funding comes on top of earlier Series C funds from Excel Ventures and Sante Ventures. AJU IB's Timothy Sullivan joins the company's board as part of the funding.     CardLab Acquired By Blackhawk Network
    Dallas-based CardLab, the online provider of custom, prepaid incentive and rewards cards, has been acquired by Blackhawk Network, the two said today. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Blackhawk Network said that CardLab will become a business unit of its InteliSpend business, and will be headed up by current CEO David Jones.
