    RadioShack Warns Of Bankruptcy Option
    Fort Worth-based RadioShack--citing a decline in consumer electronics and a soft mobility market--said it is potentially facing a bankruptcy filing, if it is unable to find a buyer or agree to restructuring with its lenders, bondholders, shareholders and landlords. RadioShack said it is looking at debt restructuring, cutting stores, and making "significant reductions" in its cost structure, as it saw a significant drop in sales in the second quarter (More info...)

    Alliance Data Acquires Conversant For $2.3 Billion
    Dallas-based Alliance Data said late Thursday that it has acquired online advertising company Conversant, in a deal which is worth $2.3 billion. Conversant--which until recently was known as ValueClick--runs a wide range of online marketing and advertising businesses. Alliance Data said that Conversant currently projects revenues of $670M in 2015. Conversant will join Alliance Data's Epsilon business.

    AT&T To Carry iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus
    Dallas-based AT&T said this morning that it will begin carrying Apple's new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus at its retail stores, starting on Friday, September 19th. AT&T said that it will offer up to $300 in trade in value for its customers trading in an iPhone for an upgrade. AT&T has carried the iPhone since it was first launched.

    Big Play Scoring Launches Fantasy Football App
    Houston-based Big Play Scoring said this morning that it has launched a new, mobile app aimed at fantasy football players. According to the developer of sports strategy games, the new title is a free-to-play, mobile games which lets users draft their favorite fantasy teams, and compete against other players, real-time.
