According to semiconductor foundry TowerJazz and Triune Systems, Triune is using TowerJazz's 0.18um TS18PM process for its products, which replace mechanical relays in HVAC, home automation, and industrial control systems. The deal is worth $178M. XRS develops software used by trucking companies to manage their fleets. XRS Corporation was owned by Trident Capital and Technology Crossover Ventures.
