    Macheen Wins Easter Seals
    Austin-based cloud connectivity technology provider Macheen reports that it has signed up charity Easter Seals, to help power an enterprise mobility rollout for the group. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Macheen said that Easter Seals is using the company's services to help connect its field workers, using only a specific set of critical applications.     CyrusOne Expands In Austin Data Center
    Dallas-based colocation operator CyrusOne says that it has expanded one of its Austin data centers, adding approximately 5,000 square feet of raised floor space at the location. The company said the expansion comes at its Austin II facility, and came due to current and projected user demand. The company's facility currently has 65,000-square feet of space, with expansion ability to up to 290,000 square feet through multiple phases.

    Cirrus Logic Completes Wolfson Microelectronics Buy
    Austin-based semiconductor developer Cirrus Logic has completed its acquisition of Wolfson Electronics, the company said Thursday. The deal was worth $467M, and had been originally announced in April. According to Cirrus Logic, the deal will strengthen its position in the market. Wolfson is a developer of a wide range of integrated circuits and software for the portable audio market.

    Sitel Plans To Hire 250 In San Angelo
    Customer service and outsourcing company Sitel said this week that it is planning to ramp hiring at the company's San Angelo, Texas-based operations. Sitel said it is hiring 250 people to support new clients, including an unnamed satellite television company. Sitel has over 56,000 employees worldwide, and offers up customer support, customer acquisition, technical support, and other services to companies.
