 Monday, July 21, 2014 GameStop Launches Gift Card Exchange Grapevine, Texas-based videogame retailer GameStop said this morning that it has launched a new, gift card exchange, which allows consumers to trade in gift cards from almost any other retailer for a GameStop electronic gift card. GameStop said the service--powered by gift card exchange company Cardpool--lets consumers trade in both plastic and e-gift cards, for GameStop game cards usable both online as well as its 4,400 store locations nationwide.
