Friday, July 18, 2014 Omnitracs Moves Headquarters To Dallas Omnitracs, a developer of fleet management software owned by Vista Equity Partners, is moving its headquarters to Dallas, according to Governor Rick Perry. The Governor's office said that the Texas Enterprise Fund has invested $3.9M in Omnitracs as part of the effort to move the company. The move creates 450 jobs in Dallas.
