    Quarri Expands In UK
    Austin-based information security software provider Quarri disclosed this morning that it has signed up three new partners in the UK, which it says will expand its presence in the country. Quarri said it added Millennium Software, WBU, and ISS Limited in the UK. All three companies will sell Quarri's security software, which is aimed both at protecting against external and internal threats.

    Alpheus Completes Austin Expansion
    Austin-based Alpheus Communications said today that it has completed its Austin data center expansion. The company said its center in downtown Austin is on 6th Street near the I-35 and state Capitol building. Size of the expansion was not announced. Alpheus had announced its expansion plans at the location in February.

    FPX Buys Glider
    Dallas-based sales software developer FPX said this morning that it has acquired Glider, a Portland developer of contract lifecycle management software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. FPX said the acquisition will help it bolster its cloud-based, sales enablement products.     AT&T, The Chernin Group To Invest $500M In Online Video Venture
    Dallas-based AT&T and media holding and investment firm The Chernin Group said this morning that they are investing a total of $500M into a new, online video joint venture, which will acquire, invest, and launch online video services. According to the companies, The Chernin Group will also contribute its majority stake in subscription, video on demand service Crunchroll to the venture.
