Monday, April 14, 2014 Xtreme Power Assets Acquired By German Company Kyle, Texas-based energy storage and management startup Xtreme Power's assets have been acquired by a German Company, Younicos Inc.. According to Younicos, which is a subsidiary of German company Younicos AG, it acquired Xtreme Power in the Chapter 11 auction in the US District Bankruptcy Court of West Texas.
