    Sabre Expected To Price IPO On April 16th
    Southlake, Texas-based Sabre, which provides booking services for the travel industry, is expected to price its IPO on April 16th, according to documents being circulated to the company's potential investors. Sabre set its IPO pricing range Tuesday, saying it hopes to price its IPO at between $18.00 and $20.00 per share. The travel technology provider has applied to list on the NASDAQ Stock Market as SABR.

    Socialware Names Product Development VP
    Austin-based Socialware, which develops social media marketing and compliance software, said Wednesday that it has named Matt Roberts as the company's new Vice President of Product Development. Roberts joins the company from CA Technologies, where he was focused on Agile software development.     Quarri Inks Partnership In Israel
    Austin-based security software provider Quarri Technologies said today that it has inked a deal in Israel, with what it says is Israel's largest system integrator, Bynet Data Communications. Quarri said Bynet has agreed to distribute its various web security products to the Israeli market.     Baker Hughes Buys Perfomix For Software Technology
    Houston-based oil and gas services provider Baker Hughes said Tuesday that it has acquired Perfomix, a Texas-based provider of software for enhancing oil and gas operations. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Baker Hughes aid that Perfomix will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the firm, and become part of its remote operations services organization.     Nimbix Partners With Digital Realty
    Dallas-based Nimbox and data center provider Digital Realty Trust said yesterday that two are in a partnership, where Nimbix will deploy its high performance computing (HPC) products in Digital Realty's Dallas and Houston facilities.
