    Latakoo Raises $2.0M For Video Uploading Tools
    Austin-based Latakoo, the developer of high definition video uploading tools, has raised $2.0M in a combination of equity and debt, according to a regulatory filing from the firm. The filings indicate the firm raised $1.8M out of a $2.0M equity funding, drawn from 46 investors, along with $200K in debt funding from a single investor.     GameStop Links With Prepaid Wireless Firm NET10
    Grapevine, Texas-based videogame retailer GameStop said today that it has started offering up pre-paid wireless services from NET10 through its stores. GameSTop said that NET10's unlimited talk, text and data service is now available at all U.S. GameStop stores. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

    Mozido Taps Pakistani Prime Minister For Board
    Austin-based mobile payment developer Mozido said today that it has tapped the former prime minster of Pakistan for its board of directors. Mozido said it added Shaukat Aziz, who served as Pakistan's prime minister (2004-2007) and finance minister (1999-2004), to its board, as part of its effort to drive its mobile financial services through developing countries.     Houston Technology Center Seeks Startups For SXSW
    The Houston Technology Center, the business accelerator and incubator, said Friday that it is seeking startups looking to compete at its HATCH pitch competition at SXSW interactive.
