![]() Tuesday, December 18, 2012 Dell Buys Credent Round Rock-based Dell said Tuesday that it has acquired Addison, Texas-based Credant Technologies, a provider of data protection software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Source of the funding was not announced. According to the company, the new funds will go towards commercialization of its VMA (Vertebral Motion Analysis) technology.
