    Roomkey Exits Beta, Adds New Tools
    Dallas-based Roomkey.com, the startup hotel search engine which is backed by Choice Hotels International, Hilton, Hyatt Hotels, InterContinental Hotels Group, Marriott, and Wyndham Hotel Group, said today that it has exited beta for the service, and added a number of new features.     Travelocity Aims At Developers With APIs
    Southlake-based Travelocity, the online travel booking site, is looking to attract third party developers to the service, with a new developer's portal. According to the firm, the portal provides a comprehensive toolkit for Travelocity's partner developers, allowing them to gain access to hotel availability, rates, inventory, booking confirmations, and much more via software.     Dell Completes SonicWall Buy
    Round Rock-based Dell said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of SonicWALL, the developer of remote access, network security, backup, and other products. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been announced by the company. Dell said the buy will bolster its security software and services portfolio. Dell originally announced the deal to buy SonicWALL on March 13th. SonicWall was private equity backed by Thoma Bravo.

    AT&T Completes Advertising Unit Sale
    Dallas-baesd AT&T said late Tuesday that it has completed its sale of its AT&T Advertising Solutions and AT&T Interactive units to private equity firm Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. The deal was worth $750M in cash, a $200M note, and a 47 percent equity interest in the new firm, YP Holdings LLC. The deal had originally been announced in early April.
