![]() Thursday, March 11, 2010 Javelin Semiconductor Gets $6.2M Austin-based Javelin Semiconductor has raised another $6.2M in an equity funding, according to a regulatory filing by the firm today. No details on the funding have yet been announced by the company. Javelin, which is developing CMOS RF ICs, has previously raised funding from Sevin Rosen Funds and Silverton partners. Hoadley is the former CTO of Nortel Wireless.
