HomeAway said it acquired Qualimídia Veiculação e Divulgação Ltda, publisher of AlugueTemporada.com.br, which operates a vacation rental site in Brazil. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The firm said it has upgraded its search engine, voting mechanism, and has also added a new "DealStream" to allow users to track specific categories of deals, brands, merchants, or keywords.
