![]() Friday, February 5, 2010 Match.com In Latin American Joint Venture Dallas-based online dating site Match.com, which is owned by IAC, said Thursday that it is in a joint venture extending it into Latin America. Match.com said it is in a joint venture with Meetic, to reach singles in Latin America. As part of the joint venture, Match.com said it will invest $3M in cash in Meetic, with a possible future $1.5M invested in Meetic four years into the relationship.
