 Wednesday, February 3, 2010 MEDHOST Acquired By HealthTech Holdings Addison-based MEDHOST, a provider of patient tracking systems for emergency rooms, was acquired this week by HealthTech Holdings, Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to HealthTech Holdings, the buy will help boost the firm's annual revenues to an excess of $100M in 2010. MEDHOST's emergency department software is used by medical staff to manage their patient care.
