![]() Tuesday, June 23, 2009 UpLogix Gets $1.3M In Debt Austin-based UpLogix, which develops remote management products for managing branch offices and other remote sites, has raised $1.3M in deal involving debt and warrants, according to a regulatory filing from the firm. No details of the funding have been announced by the company. The additional $1.3M in debt financing comes on top of just over $1.0M that the firm raised in debt in March. Freescale's MEMs sensors are used for such application as airbag triggers, tire pressure monitoring, engine control, remote sensing, medical equipment, and more.
