![]() Thursday, September 4, 2008 Cognitive Technologies Gets Microsoft Award Austin-based Cognitive Technologies, a provider of IT consulting services for the Federal government and Fortune 1000 companies, said today that the firm has been recognized by Microsoft's Federal sales group.
