![]() Wednesday, July 2, 2008 BMC Software Wins Unisys, Dannon Accounts Houston-based BMC Software, a publisher of enterprise management applications, revealed Wednesday that it has landed two key international contracts. For one, BMC said it is providing IT consulting firm Unisys Corp. with selections from its Business Service Management portfolio, including BMC Asset Management, Discovery, Performance Management and Monitoring. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. GameStop said the transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to close later this month. Citing market conditions and data gathered during the initial due diligence process, Jim Keyes, Blockbuster’s chairman and CEO, said such a transaction would not be in his company's best interests.
