![]() Monday, June 30, 2008 Scalable Buys Attachmate's WinINSTALL Line Scalable Software Ltd., a publisher of IT asset lifecycle management applications headquartered near Houston, announced Monday that it has acquired the WinINSTALL desktop management product line from Seattle-based Attachmate. HP said that the waiting period under the antitrust act has expired, although it is still subject to EDS stockholder approval and clearance from European Commission and non-U.S. jurisdictions.
