![]() Tuesday, June 24, 2008 Austin, Dallas-Forth Worth Rank In High Tech Employment Report The AeA, a technology trade association, has released the firm's annual report on high tech employment in major metropolitan areas, its Cybercities 2008 report, and ranked both Austin and Dallas-Forth Worth as among the top cities in the nation for high tech employment. According to the AeA, Austin was ranked third in terms of high tech salary in the report, and Dallas-Fort Worth ranked number 5 in the number of high tech employees in the area. Once the new space is online in November, the Houston-based company said, its total operational footprint will rise to some 167,000 square feet.
