    Hyper9 Relaunches Virtualization Tools
    Austin-based Hyper9 said today that the firm has launched its products for managing virtual server environments. Hyper9--which until February was known as InovaWave--said that its software will be available for free download in September, and can be used to manage virtual environments.     Austin Ventures Funds New Media Startup with $50M
    Private equity firm Austin Ventures announced Monday that it has partnered with Internet executive Sherman Atkinson to form ATCOR Holdings Inc. Austin Ventures said the new company will focus on acquiring and operating high-growth businesses in the online advertising, marketing and digital media sectors.     CompuCom to Buy Getronics’ North American Operations
    Dallas-based IT outsourcing firm CompuCom Systems Inc. announced Monday that it will acquire the North American operations of Getronics, an international IT services provider. The acquisition comprises Getronics’ operations in Canada and the United States and its global service center in Mexico. Terms of the cash-and-equity deal were not disclosed.     RenewData Appoints Cohen Legal Services EVP
    RenewData, a provider of e-discovery and digital information risk management services, reported Friday that it has hired Richard Cohen as executive vice president of legal services. In this role, Cohen will supervise RenewData's legal team as it prepares custom e-discovery strategies for each client.     Skywire Software Acquired By Oracle
    Frisco, Texas-based Skywire Software, a developer of document management software for the insurance industry, has been acquired by database giant Oracle, Oracle said this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not given, however Oracle said it would make Skywire Software a part of its Oracle Insurance Global Business Unit.
