![]() Wednesday, May 14, 2008 PHNS Acquires Massachusetts-Based AmeriVault Dallas-based PHNS, a provider of managed IT services for the health care industry, announced Tuesday that it has acquired AmeriVault Corp. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Waltham, Mass., AmeriVault offers remote online data backup, offsite recovery, e-mail archiving and data lifecycle management services.
