According to ClearCube, VDIWorks will develop software management platforms for creating, deploying and managing virtual desktop infrastructure, while ClearCube will focus on desktop virtualization products. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Wayport will provide access for Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino, Trump Marina Hotel Casino and Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort. Financial details of the acquisition were not released. Versata said that Clear will operates as a stand-alone unit of its Financial Services Business.
