NetQOS Rolls VoIP Monitoring Software
Austin, Texas-based NetQOS rolled out new software for monitoring Voice-over-IP systems, the firm said today at an industry conference in San Francisco, saying that the firm is targeting measurement of VoIP systems and network quality. The firm, which develops software for managing enterprise networks, said at the VoiceCon conference in San Francisco that the new NetQoS VoIP Monitor will help organizations gauge end-user service delivery and pinpoint network causes of quality issues. The software, which works specifically with Cisco's IP Telephony systems, will be available in September starting at $29,500.
