NetQoS Divulges First-Half Revenues
Privately held network management software publisher NetQoS Inc. published on Tuesday its fiscal results for the first half of 2008. The Austin, Texas-based company reported combined revenues of $25.6 million for the year's first and second quarters. NetQoS also said it observed a 60 percent increase in license revenue growth from the previous year. The company credited existing industry partnerships and the success of in-house innovations as reasons for its increases. Joel Trammell, NetQoS' chief executive officer, said in a statement that his company has now recorded 29 consecutive quarters of double-digit, year-over-year growth. He added that maintaining such a streak despite a worldwide economic downtown is a testament to NetQoS' sound global business. In addition to its Austin headquarters, NetQoS maintains research and development facilities in Austin and Raleigh, N.C., and regional sales offices in London and Singapore.
