Austin-based MTPV, a developer of semiconductor chip technology to convert heat to electricity, has raised $6.5M in funding, part of a $8.5M round currently in progress, according to a regulatory filing. Details on the funding have not yet been announced by the company. MTPV is headed by Bob DiMatteo.
