Plano-based Microtune said Wednesday that its CFO, Jeffrey A. Kupp, has resigned from the firm, after accepting a position at GENBAND. Microtune said Kupp will service as CFO through December 4th, before moving to GENBAND as CFO. Justin M. Chapman, currently VP of Accounting at Microtune, has been appointed Interim CFO. Microtune is a developer of RF semiconductors.
