Austin-based Mass Relevance has launched a new product, aimed at connecting retailers and brands into the plethora of social media sites out ther, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and YouTube, the firm said Thursday. Mass Relevance said it launched a new product called The Mosaic, which helps brands create a "compelling" brand experience that can live at any social platform, allowing visitors to join in a unified experience through their social platform of choice. Mass Relevance, which creates social curation and integration tools for companies and brands, said the new product has already signed up such customers as Pepsi and The Recording Academy as customers of the product. Mass Relevance said it product helps tackle one of the big issues of brands: the silos between different social media sites.
