Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban was fined $25,000 by the NBA Sunday over "tweets" he posted on the micro-blogging service Twitter. Cuban complained on the service about the referees at the Friday night Mavericks-Denver Nuggets game. Cuban is not a stranger to NBA fines -- he's racked up millions of dollars in fines over the years from the NBA for public criticism of officiating.
