Austin-based LibreDigital, which provides services to digitize books, magazines, and other content, said Wednesday morning that it has hired on three new executives. The firm said it has hired Robert Alvarez as Chief Financial Officer, Tim Nichol as Vice President of Engineering and Operations, and Lisa Cummings as Director of Human Resources. Alvarez joins the firm from Augmentix, where he was CFO; he has also served at Conformative Sytsems, Crossroads Systems, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Dell. Nichol joins from SAP, and has also worked at Factory Logic, Journee Software, Tivoli Systems/IBM, UniSQL, and Information Builders. Finally, Cummings joins from ADMINISTAFF, along with serving in HR at Dell.
