LED Light Factory Breaks Ground
A new factory manufacturing and assembling LEDs (light emitting diodes), has set up in Luling, Texas, in an effort of Waco firm Energy & Automation Inc. and incentives from the Texas Capital Fund and local officials. According to Energy & Automation, it broke ground on a 30,000 square foot facility in the city to provide energy efficient lighting for the residential, commercial, and industrial market. The firm was attracted to Luling via a Texas Capital Fund Real Estate loan. Energy & Automation expects to hire 50 employees at the site, with a potential to double the workforce over 12 months.
