Latakoo Raises $2.0M For Video Uploading Tools

Austin-based Latakoo, the developer of high definition video uploading tools, has raised $2.0M in a combination of equity and debt, according to a regulatory filing from the firm. The filings indicate the firm raised $1.8M out of a $2.0M equity funding, drawn from 46 investors, along with $200K in debt funding from a single investor. Details on the funding have yet to be announced by the company. Latakoo is headed by Paul Adrian, and was co-founded by Jade Kurian.
