KingsIsle's Wizard101 Hits 5 Million Players
Plano-based KingsIsle Entertainment, developer of the massively multiplayer online game Wizard101, reported Thursday that the game has now hit five million players. The game, which was launched a year ago, is available for free, with paid options for buying in-game items and access to additional worlds. KingsIsle has its headquarters in Plano, and development studio in Austin, and was founded in 2005.
