Austin, Texas-based Jotlet, a developer of Web 2.0-style, calendaring software, has been acquired by Portland, Oregon-based Jive Software. Jive, which develops project management software for the enterprise, did not disclose terms of the acquisition. Jotlet was co-founded by Adam Wulf and Matt Wilson. Jotlet's software was based on a Javascript library which enabled developers to develop their own, Web 2.0 type calendars.
