This position has the responsibility, accountability and authority to:

Manage the execution of the engineering, design, procurement, construction and turnover to manufacturing of capital projects within the facility in accordance with applicable work processes, specifications and standards in order to achieve facility objectives, while managing the budgeted resources for that facility. 
Lead the development of the capital program budgets for each fiscal year for their respective sites; understand scope, priority, cost for projects. 
Assures capital projects meet project objectives by managing the development, design and execution of projects in accordance with specifications and standards. 
Ensures accurate cost budgeting, estimating, forecasting and reporting of all facility capital projects. 

Job responsiblities include:

Capital project budget activities within facility, including planning, preparation, development, submittal and managing the budget resources throughout the fiscal year. 
AFE development, routing, cost control, engineering, construction and schedule attainment for all capital projects within the facility. 
Managing / reporting on the capital budget progress for each year, including budget, forecast, and actual spend, plus identifying and managing trends to deliver against the capital budget as funded. 
Input on global capital work process, policies, procedures, and tools. May own pieces of the work process. Insures compliance with standards, processes, procedures, and tools within the capital process. 
Ensuring new/ revised Process Safety Information is provided to the appropriate departments. 
Analyzing and managing risk on projects; ,as well as, ensuring that safety and constructability reviews are conducted on all facility projects and that plant procedural requirements are communicated to direct reports and contractors. 
Gathers information on individual projects from Project Managers and for resolving issues as identified; escalates as needed. 
Communicates and resolves technical and commercial issues as related to project objectives. Responsible for KPI goal setting, reporting, and performance. 
Participates in the identification and use of TPC engineering / maintenance standards (current is Chemgem and IPA). 
Communications effectively within the Projects department and with all other departments.

Job Overview:  

ATMI is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work at our Round Rock office. This position is the business partner to the Chemical, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Organizations and will be responsible for providing financial guidance for both the strategic and day-to-day activities.     Provide financial support to contractual arrangements as necessary;

ATMI is seeking a Field Service Engineer. The Field Service Engineer will work as part of  a global team of Field Service Engineers with varied levels of responsibility. John Deere Dubuque Works is seeking a Site Engineer for the Laredo, TX test site for Construction Equipment.  In this position, you will: 

Diagnose problems on test machines. 
Report all machine incidents to Dubuque engineering staff. 
Coordinate test sites and machine operations. 
Guide ranch employees to follow test plans. 
Complete work orders on test machines.

Note:  This position will be located in Laredo, TX for up to three years, then will be located in Dubuque, IA. 

 

 

Education  

Four year degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience.  
 

Required Skills and Experience  

Experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues with test machines. 
Hands on mechanic experience. 
Experience with Microsoft office tools. 
Communication skills, technical reading, verbal presentation and clear and concise writing skills.  
 

Desired Skills and Experience  

Mechanic experience with heavy duty construction equipment. 
Spanish speaking skills. 
Experience operating construction equipment. 
Experience in a supervisory role.
