iQor, a provider of customer service outsourcing services, said Wednesday that it has expansion plans in Dallas, and hopes to hire 250 to provide customer care and technical support to its clients. iQor said the employees in Dallas will provide customer care and technical support for a global supplier of electronic and mobile devices. Name of that supplier was not disclosed. iQuor is based in New York City, and says it has 17,000 employees.
