Cedar Park-based IBT, a developer of software for financial services companies and financial institutions, said this morning that it has acquired Beacon Software, an Atlanta provider of web-based software for the community financial institution market. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Beacon develops Internet banking software for community banks, credit unions, and others.
