Hyperformix Raises $3.8M

Austin-based Hyperformix is reporting this morning that the firm has raised another $3.8M, in a combination of equity and debt. The firm, which develops software for monitoring and predicting performance and capacity of virtualized IT applications, said the funding came from LTI, along with existing investors M/C Venture Partners and Morgan Stanley Venture Partners. Hyperformix said the new funding will go towards accelerating the firm's growth and market penetration.
