Dallas-based Healthvision, which is owned by Quovadx Holdings, has been acquired by Lawson Software, Lawson announced Thursday. According to Lawson, it will pay $160M in cash for Quovadx Holdings. Healthvision provides healthcare software integration, application technology, and related services. Healthvision was founded in 1989, and has nearly 300 employees, Lawson said.
