San Antonio-based GlobalSCAPE, a developer of FTP Server software, said today that it has invested $2.3M in Austin-based CoreTrace, a developer of enterprise whitelisting security software. The firm said it led the CoreTrace's Series B funding round. GlobalScape had announced the investment--but not the amount--in early December. As part of the investment, GlobalScape said its Chief Operating Officer, Craig Robinson, has joined CoreTrace's board of directors.
