GameStop Gears Up For Halo: Reach
Grapevine-based videogame retailer GameStop says it is gearing up for the new Halo: Reach release, which is expected on September 13th at midnight. According to Gamestop, it is again gearing up with events at its 4,000 stores for the release of the new Xbox game, which it says marks the kick-off of its 2010 holiday season. Gamestop, which frequently hosts launch events at its stores, said it will include activities such as trivia, Halo character dress-up contests, Halo tournaments, and more at its stores. Gamestop also said it will be hosting a post-launch tournament called HaloFest as a part of the launch activities.
