Austin-based Freescale Semiconductor has completed its acquisition of software firm Intoto, the firm said late Wednesday. Freescale, which originally announced the purchase in Septemebr, said that Intoto's former CEO, Sathyan Iyengar, becomes a Vice President within its Networking Systems Division as a result of the acquisition. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
