Fisoc Raises $1.7M For Loyalty Platform

Austin-based Fisoc, a developer of software for running loyalty programs for merchants, has raised $1.7M in a funding round, part of an ongoing, $2.67M funding, according to a regulatory filing from the firm. Details on the funding have not yet been announced by Fisoc. Fisoc operates Buzz Points, a platform which lets merchants operates loyalty programs for rewarding customers for shopping and spending. Fisoc is led by Jay Valanju. Fisoc looks to have shifted its model significantly since June, when it first launched with a platform aimed at loyalty programs for banks. More information »
