Entrust Wins Asia Pacific AccountDallas-based Entrust Inc., a provider of managed digital identification services, revealed Thursday that it has won a new account in the Asia-Pacific region. Entrust did not disclose the name of its new client, nor did it divulge the financial impact of the service contract. However, Entrust did say that it will provide the company with its managed public key infrastructure solution. Entrust provides public key infrastructure software used to manage cryptographic information for both companies and governments; the win follows an announcement earlier this month that Entrust is behind a deployment with a Taiwanese passport system. posted on Thursday, May 29, 2008
