    Entrust's Austrian Reseller Becomes Customer


    Entrust Inc. revealed Thursday that one of its value-added resellers—the Austria-based S&T Group—is now also a customer. Headquartered in Dallas, Entrust develops Web security and fraud prevention software. The company said S&T has distributed its products throughout Europe and the Asia-Pacific region for years, so when S&T needed a public key infrastructure platform, it opted for Entrust's Authority PKI solution and related applications. Entrust explained that the software will enable S&T to authenticate to corporate assets, encrypt sensitive information and use digital signatures to verify identities. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed.
