EDS Renews Virgin AtlanticPlano-based IT integrators EDS said today that the firm has signed on an extension of the firm's deal with Virgin Atlantic Airways. According to EDS, it has signed a new five year agreement with Virgin Atlantic to provide the next generation of the airline's next generation airline reservations solution. Financial impact of the new agreement was not disclosed. EDS said it has provided IT services for Virgin Atlantic since its launch in 1984. EDS will also continue to provide applications development and hosting of services for EDS. EDS is a unit of HP. posted on Monday, December 1, 2008
