Plano-based Diodes Incorporate, a manufacturer of analog and discrete semiconductors, said today that it is buying Power Analog Microelectronics, a provider of analog and high voltage power ICs. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Power Analog Microelectronics was based in Santa Clara, California, and also has operations in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Taipei and Tokyo.
