DG FastChannel: $129M Vyvx Deal to Close in JuneOnline media distribution network provider DG FastChannel Inc. reported Wednesday that its Vyvx acquisition should close in early June. DG FastChannel said the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission recently cleared the deal and granted an early termination of the Hart-Scott-Rodino pre-merger waiting period. DG FastChannel announced its intention to purchase Vyvx's advertising services business for $129 million in cash on Dec. 19. The Dallas-based company originally projected that the transaction, which includes Vyvx's distribution and post-production operations, would close in the first quarter.
