Denali Holdings Gets $3.25 Billion In Debt Offering

Round Rock-based Denali Holdings, the parent company of Dell, said on Wednesday that it has raised $3.25 billion in a private offering of Senior Notes, related to its upcoming acquisition of EMC. Deanli issued $1.625 billion in 5.875 percent Senior Notes due in 2021, and $1.625 billion in 7.125 percent Senior Notes due in 2024. Both of those offerings are going directly towards the Dell-EMC merger.
